Flugplatz Dübendorf

In Dübendorf ist unter anderem das Lufttransportgeschwader 3 der Schweizer Luftwaffe beheimatet. Die Einheit fliegt die Eurocopter-Muster EC 635, Cougar und Super Puma. Am 4. November nahmen einige der mittleren Transporthubschrauber an einer lokalen Übung teil, und ein Airbus A400M aus Deutschland brachte Material von einem multinationalen Manöver aus Dänemark zurück, an dem auch die Schweiz mit einem Kontingent teilgenommen hatte.

Dübendorf is home to the Swiss Air Force’s Air Transport Wing 3, among others. The unit flies the Eurocopter EC 635, Cougar and Super Puma types. On 4 November, some of the medium transport helicopters took part in a local exercise, and an Airbus A400M from Germany brought back material from a multinational manoeuvre in Denmark, in which Switzerland had also participated with a contingent.
