Der Flughafen Zürich ist das internationale Drehkreuz der Schweiz und feiert heuer ein besonderes Jubiläum: Vor 75 Jahren hat der Flugbetrieb in Kloten begonnen. Auch so hat der Airport Grund zur Freude: Im vergangenen Jahr konnte man mit 22,6 Millionen Passagieren bereits wieder rund 72 Prozent des Vorkrisenniveaus erreichen und einen Gewinn von 207 Millionen Franken erwirtschaften. Zurich Airport is Switzerland’s international hub and is celebrating a special anniversary this year: 75 years ago, flight operations began in Kloten. Even so, the airport has reason to celebrate: last year, with 22.6 million passengers, it was already able to return to around 72 per cent of its pre-crisis level, and generated a profit of 207 million Swiss francs.
